Stable Families Program offered at Vine Maple Place

Single-parent families and pregnant women who are residents or have connections(family, school and /or work) with a 9 mile radius of the resource center within the following cities: Black Diamond, Covington, Maple Valley and parts of Auburn, Kent and Renton. Multi-generational households accepted. Must have a child under age 18 living in the home. Also serves pregnant women. Must be in imminent danger of becoming homeless. Eviction notice not required. Program applicants undergo a background check and drug test. Must be willing to participate in stabilization program which includes financial literacy classes and programming. No income required to apply, but must be able and willing to work.
M-F, 8:30am-5pm.

Vine Maple Place
Provides housing stabilization assistance for single-parent families and pregnant women who are in imminent danger of becoming homeless. Provides emergency services, rental assistance, housing case management, employment services and financial management training to the family as they grow to stability.
