Description

Utilizes peer-based services to address the participants reported substance abuse issues. Peer counselors will act as coaches and mentors as they help participants identify their own personal goals and work toward developing their long-term sustainability. Peer counselors will help build a collective sense of community for participants and help develop meaningful lives in the community away from substance usage.
