Eligibility
Pregnant and postnatal people who:
- Have a history of perinatal mental health concerns or a history of mental conditions from preconception up to one year postpartum
- Are experiencing sudden or unexpected changes in their mood, thoughts or behavior that are impacting their quality of life
- Experienced an unexpected outcome: NICU, pregnancy complication, miscarriage, termination, etc.
- Are feeling overwhelmed about the birth process or navigating the postpartum process
- Are having difficulty bonding with the baby
