Active duty or retired Sailors and Marines; Eligible family members with a military ID card; Surviving spouses; Reservist on extended active duty of 30 days or more.

One hour class discussing financial changes experienced with addition of baby, available resources, and financial education. All attendees leave with a Junior Sea Bag including a hand-knitted blanket and $25 Visa Gift Card. At this location only, attendees are offered the chance to shop in the thrift shop for free after their class for gently-used baby items.
