Resource Navigation offered at Hope ’N Wellness

Offer non-clinical, side-by-side support through certified peer counselors. Works with clients to clarify goals, build skills, and navigate systems. Provides trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and zero-barrier access. Services can include weekly check-ins, wellness planning, appointment accompaniment and advocacy, and connections to housing, benefits, and community resources.
