Seniors over the age of 62 and very low income.  Renters pay 30% of their monthly income for rent and utilities.

To get on the waiting list fill out an application.  Applications can be picked up at each housing complex or call to have them mailed.

Rent is 30% of income.

Located a half-mile from the center of Federal Way and within walking distance to shopping, dining, banks, pharmacies, and medical buildings.
