Families that have a child between the ages of 0-18 years old that has or is at risk of having a chronic health or developmental condition that requires health and related services beyond what is typically required for child that age.
M-F, 8am-noon, 1-5pm.
Interpreter services
Call for an appointment with the county coordinator for an interview and assessment. Financial assistance requires a separate application, ask for details when calling. Referrals can be made by families, schools, medical providers, and any other person working with the family. Please call the CYSHCN coordinator or you can fax records/referrals to 509-524-2678.

A public health nurse is available to help connect families to health care and other supportive services; find financial assistance for the child’s health related needs; provide developmental screenings and referral as needed; to make sure that families have all they need when making the transition from hospital to home. Provides financial assistance to families for services related to their child's health care needs.
