Eligibility

Primarily low- to moderate-income adults ages 61 and older, or 55 and older with disabilities.   Age and income qualifications vary with each location.

M-F, 9am-5:30pm.

Fees

Flat-rate fees vary by apartment size and property. $40 application fee for each occupant. Contact us for community-specific information. Ask about manager specials. Vouchers and financial assistance programs are accepted: examples: Section 8, HEN, and others, including promissory notes from agencies and co-signer assistance. SHAG works with Housing Connector and The Guarantors.

Manages affordable one- and two- bedroom apartment housing for age and income qualified senior residents. Qualifications are building specific and vary with each location. Apartments and buildings are wheelchair accessible and many are barrier free. Waiting lists apply for some buildings. We have availability if someone is flexible with their location. Rents vary with apartment size and building. Laundry facilities are located in each building. Some apartment homes have individual hook-ups.
