Visit website to schedule an appointment. Must also complete online survey before meeting with the facilitator.

Fees

$20 for 30 minutes, $40 for 60 minutes. To schedule more than 60 minutes, contact the facilitator.

Provides information about court procedures and assists with legal forms in family law cases where the client is representing themselves. Explains legal terms, previews pleadings prior to hearings to determine whether procedural requirements have been complied with, and reviews completed forms to determine whether forms have been completely filled out.   • Dissolution of registered domestic partnerships
