Focus Population
Provides emergency funding and assistance with claims to the VA for veterans and their dependents. Works in partnership with Skagit County Public Health. Types of financial assistance include - Food, gas, & clothing - Utilities with disconnect notice - Mortgage, rental, security deposit - Transportation assistance Also assists with getting discharge documents/DD-214 requests, case management, budgeting, and referrals to additional services.
