Pregnant people enrolled in Medicaid as well as new parents with an infant enrolled in Medicaid.

Provides preventive health and education services to help an individual have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby. Maternity services are offered in addition to medical and prenatal care and include: - Social support - Counseling - Nursing - Parent education - Nutritional services. Helps new parents access medical, social, educational, and environmental services to improve the health and wellbeing of their infants. Promotes a supportive network for families through referrals and connections in the community.

The goal of the agency is to provide innovative and family-centered programs to meet the needs of parents and their children in a respectful and responsible manner.
