Eligibility
Households who meet varying income restrictions, usually 30-60% of Area Median Income.
Some properties specifically serve older adults, people with disabilities and specific household sizes.
Some properties do not maintain waitlists, so when a unit becomes available, it is first come, first served.
Some units are reserved for households in transition from homelessness.
Some properties accept pets.
All properties are smoke free.

- Thurston: 2 properties, 154 family and 30 senior/disabled units
