Mission is to provide compassionate care and instill hope in recovery. Using the most current and evidence-based approaches, we treat the whole individual, including underlying factors that contribute to problems with substance use. Care is provided by a team of psychologists, social workers, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, chaplains, and/or addiction therapists. Welcome all substance use-related treatment goals and celebrate all changes made in the direction of improved health and wellness.

Provides child support enforcement, especially when paternity is not established.

Provides advocacy, counseling, and housing for at-risk youth who were once in the foster care system. A Transitional Living Program for homeless young adults, 18-21 years of age.

Providing affordable housing in Pierce County to households that meet income and eligibility requirements. Serves households whose income is at 50% or 80% of Area Median Income.

Provides residential substance use disorder treatment for female youth ages 13-18, lasting three to six months depending on individual needs. Works in collaboration with medical staff to ensure that clients receive a “whole person” intervention.

Provides the last $100 of rent if a person qualifies.

Provides health care screenings such as cholesterol, diabetes and high blood pressure as well as general physical exams. Also offers reproductive health services.

Develops and maintains affordable housing. Many housing units are set aside for older adults and people with disabilities.

Provides support and information to pregnant women who are also on or eligible for Apple Health (Medicaid). Nurses, social workers, and community health workers support expectant mothers before birth and for two months after birth.

Offers substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health treatment on an outpatient basis for individuals and their family members/significant others.

Provides one-time emergency grants up to $250 to wounded, ill or injured honorably discharged servicemembers or their caregivers for assistance with basic needs such as food, utilities, housing and clothing. Case manager must submit request.

Provides 24-hour assessment and short-term stay in a safe place for those 18 and older needing non-medical detoxification or inpatient substance abuse treatment.

Offers pregnancy care, PAP tests, breast exams, gynecology and gynecological surgery, contraception, menopausal and midlife care, tubal ligation and ultrasound. Serves women in every phase of life.

Provides community-based outreach, intake, assessment, and connection to services and, as appropriate, long-term intensive case management and treatment and recovery support services. Serves adults and youth with substance use disorders.

Provides trauma informed, person-centered treatment services for adult substance use and mental health disorders. Services support individual recovery goals, resolution of legal issues, improved life skills, relapse prevention skills, and the development of healthy support systems. Both ASAM Level 1 (outpatient) and Level 2 (intensive outpatient) treatment is available including individual, group, and family counseling.

Investigates reports of child abuse and neglect. Assesses reports to determine whether the report meets the legal definition of abuse or neglect and how dangerous the situation is.

Educational program for adults living with mental health challenges who want to better understand their condition and journey toward recovery.

Treats a range of substance use and mental health challenges at an inpatient facility for adults to help stabilize patients. Offers daily individual and group therapy, wellness, and clinical support

Provides financial assistance for gasoline, rent and utilities. Also provides emergency food and hygiene supplies. Assistance to be determined upon scheduled intake.

Housing for seniors and veterans.

A child development provider can make 20 home visits per family to help parents build skills.

Offers financial assistance to cancer patients who are within a three-month window of treatment. Includes help with rent, food & medical supplies.

Offers subsidized housing to homeless and low-income individuals and families. *This is not emergency shelter.*

Develops and maintains 45 properties of below-market and HUD-subsidized rental housing in Seattle; for moderate- to low-income families, couples and individuals.

Provides obstetrics and additional supports to help low-income women on Medicaid have a healthy pregnancy and until baby turns 1 year old. May include case management, nutritional counseling, home visits and help applying for health insurance.
